At Dallas Pet Den, our spacious dog lodging accommodations are a world away from a traditional “kennel.” Our rooms & suites are custom-designed for the best in canine comfort, including ultra-sanitary flooring, glass doors, a calming atmosphere, and all the amenities of home. OUR ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
Playtime! Whether your pup prefers the company of dogs or people, we’ll provide his favorite kind of fun. Between our extra-large (and extra-safe) indoor and outdoor play areas, your pal is free to romp around with his fellow doggies, play one-on-one with a staff member, splash in the kiddie pools, nap in the sun, or do whatever makes your dog the happiest. That’s what we’re here for!
Cuddles & Relaxation. Some dogs want nothing more than human attention, and our staff couldn’t be happier to oblige. We’ll sit with your pet in her cozy suite and dote on her with all the belly rubs and hugs your pet craves. At the end of the night, we’ll tuck her in with a tasty treat and a bedtime story!
Splash in the sun! Hot summer days mean even more fun for our canine friends. Splash pools, sprinklers, and shade umbrellas keep pups cool and having the time of their lives.
Puppy & Senior Love. We have special activity packages just for young pups and senior sweeties. Your energetic puppy will love the extra playtimes and potty breaks in our Puppy Package, while older souls appreciate the stretch breaks and orthopedic bedding in our Senior Package. Pets over 6 months old must be spayed/neutered for boarding.
Tasty, Homemade Treats. We prepare homemade, wholesome treats right in our kitchen, made with the best ingredients (and lots of love!).

During our most in-demand boarding timeframes, a $5/night Peak Season Pricing charge will be added to all boarding reservations. Peak season dates include any major local school breaks and May 24th – Sept 9th, November 22nd – December 1st, & December 15th – January 3rd.
We charge a late check-out fee for all dog boarding guests who are picked up after 12 pm, equal to a half-day of daycare. Your pup will still get to enjoy our fun facility while they wait to be picked up!

Meet & Greet required
Dog Vaccines required: Bordetella (every 6 months), rabies, distemper/parvo
Dog Spay and Neuter: by 6 months
Boarding allows: blanket or cushioned mat (must be able to be washed), 1-2 toys (no plush), treats, food, meds, slow feeders, leash, collar/harness
We are happy to administer oral or topical medications or supplements to your pets. Medication must be in the original prescribed container with the prescription label adhered.
Please bring enough food for the duration of your pet's boarding stay. You must provide individual prepackaged containers or Ziploc bags with your pet’s name and food measured by meal, or a meal packaging fee of $3 per day (max of $15 per boarding stay) will be applied to your pet’s invoice. Canned food and meal toppers are accepted in their original container but must be labeled with your pet's name.

Canine Boarders:
Puppies under six months: 1 yr Rabies, 3 rounds of DHLPP, 2 Bordetellas
Over 6 months: 1 or 3 year Rabies, 1 or 3 yr DHLPP, Bordetella given within the past 6 months of check-in
Feline Boarders:
Standard Feline Vacs are Required, Rabies, FVRCP, FeLV (-), FeAids (-)
You are welcome to drop off any time during our scheduled hours:
Monday - Friday: 7 AM - 6:30 PM
Saturday: 8 AM - 5:30 PM
Sunday: 3 PM to 5:30 PM
For Monday - Friday drop-offs after 5 PM and Saturday/Sunday drop-offs after 4 PM, please bring your dog already fed and, if needed, medicated.
We suggest checking in at least 2 hours before closing so that your pet has time to settle in and enjoy one last potty break before tuck-in.
Check-out hours are the same as our scheduled hours. If a departure Spa Service is requested please confirm your pickup time.
A $20 per pet surcharge will be included for pickups after 10 AM Monday - Saturday. Sunday pickup is between 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM.
We require a Meet & Greet before your dog's boarding or daycare visit. The Meet & Greet is a complimentary 4-hour session. If you choose to purchase a full day of daycare for the day of the Meet & Greet, you will get the first night off of boarding stay (minimum of 3 nights purchase necessary).
We can schedule up to 5 Meet & Greets per day. Drop off is between 7-10 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and Saturdays from 8-10 AM.

Tours are available anytime Monday through Saturday from 9-5. If you would like to include your pet in the tour, please include a copy of current vaccination records.
At Dallas Pet Den, we pride ourselves on offering the best pet care services in Lakewood/East Dallas for the past 23 years. We were the very first to bring the “Open Play” concept to DFW back in 1998. All of our staff is highly trained, certified in group play, and have multiple pets of their own. Our Reservation Specialist will be happy to explain our 5 daily activity packages to help keep your pup’s activities as close to home as possible. Please take advantage of our complimentary first visit so both you and your doggie can take a tour and meet the staff.
